These terms govern your use of DTEBook. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your region, or have parental consent, to use DTEBook.

2. Content and licences

Books, audiobooks, and magazines on DTEBook are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce content except as expressly permitted.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility follows applicable consumer law and the policy shown at checkout.

4. Authors and publishing

Authors who publish through DTEBook retain ownership of their work and grant DTEBook a licence to distribute it. Author payouts follow the terms agreed at onboarding.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DTEBook after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
